Can I exchange my order?

We understand that when buying hair online, sometimes you realize you've chosen the wrong colour. Our exchange policy and procedure is there to make this process as easy for you as possible. We do require that only products that haven't been opened may be exchanged and that you contact us within the first 14 days. For hygienic and quality reasons we can only exchange items that have not been opened, used or tampered with.
